IQPlus, (7/8) - Satoshi Nishikawa selaku Direktur PT Sumi Indo Kabel Tbk. (IKBI) telah melepas kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 4 Agustus 2026.
Manajemen IKBI dalam keterangan tertulisnya Jumat (7/8) menyampaikan bahwa Satoshi telah menjual saham IKBI sebanyak 40.000 lembar saham diharga Rp555 per saham
"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk pribadi dengan kepemilikan langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi ini maka kepemilikan saham Satoshi di IKBI menjadi 0 lembar saham dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 40.000 lembar saham. (end)
