IQPlus, (7/8) - Sendi selaku Komisaris utama PT Bhineka Inovasi Ketahanan Energi Tbk. (BIKE) telah melakukan investasi pada tanggal 17 April 2026.
Manajemen BIKE dalam keterangan tertulisnya Kamis (6/8) menyampaikan bahwa Sendi telah membeli saham BIKE sebanyak 75.962.140 lembar saham di harga Rp620 per saham.
"Tujuan transaksi ini adalah untuk investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Sendi di BIKE bertambah menjadi 75,9 juta lembar saham (5,87%) dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 0 lembar saham. (end)
