IQPlus, (6/8) - Mochamad Bhadaiwi selaku Direktur Utama dan pemegang saham Pengendali PT Xolare RCR Energy Tbk (SOLA) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 3 Agustus 2026.
Manajemen SOLA dalam keterangan tertulisnya Rabu (5/8) menyampaikan Bhadaiwi telah membeli sebanyak 676.500 lembar saham SOLA di harga Rp96 per saham.
"Tujuan transaksi ini adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca pembelian, maka kepemilikan saham Mochamad Bhadaiwi di SOLA bertambah menjadi 126,8 juta lembar saham (3,86%) dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 126,14 juta lembar saham (3,84%). (end)
