IQPlus, (4/8) - PT Pratama Citra Karunia selaku pemegang saham PT Sona Topas Tourism Industry Tbk (SONA) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 3 Agustus 2026.
Manajemen SONA dalam keterangan tertulisnya Selasa (4/8) menyampaikan bahwa Pratama Citra telah membeli saham SONA sebanyak 757.380 lembar saham di harga Rp2.284 per saham
"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk penawaran tender wajib dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Pratama Citra di SONA menjadi 298.837.380 lembar saham (45,11%) dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 298.080.000 lembar saham (45%). (end)
