IQPlus, (14/8) - Tan Kian Gee sebagai pemegang saham PT Global Sukses Solusi Tbk. (RUNS) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 15 Juli 2026.
Manajemen RUNS dalam keterangan tertulisnya Kamis (13/8) menyampaikan bahwa Tan telah menjual sebanyak 1.200.000 lembar saham RUNS di harga Rp63-Rp66 Per saham.
"Tujuan transaksi adalah untuk likuiditas dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca penjualan, maka kepemilikan saham Tan Kian Gee di RUNS menjadi 269,04 juta lembar saham (27,3541%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 270,24 juta lembar saham (27,4761%). (end)
