IQPlus, (28/9) - George Oetomo selaku Presiden Direktur PT. Triputra Agro Persada Tbk. (TAPG) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 22 September 2026.
Manajemen TAPG dalam keterangan tertulisnya (28/9) menyampaikan bahwa George telah membeli sebanyak 250.000 lembar saham diharga Rp2.050 per saham dan membeli sebanyak 100.000 lembar saham di harga Rp1.975 per saham
"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham Langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi ini, maka total kepemilikan saham George di TAGP menjadi 50,8 juta lembar saham atau setara dengan 0,2559% dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya 50,4 juta lembar saham setara dengan 0,2542%. (end)
