IQPlus, (21/9) - Tri Hartono selaku Direktur PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 16 September 2026.
Manajemen GMFI dalam keterangan tertulisnya Senin (21/9) menyampaikan bahwa Tri Hartono telah membeli saham GMFI sebanyak 5.000 lembar saham di harga Rp59 per saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk Menambah portofolio investasi pribadi dengan kepemilikan langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi ini maka kepemilikan saham Tri Hartono di GMFI menjadi 10.000 lembar saham dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya 5.000 lembar saham. (end)
