IQPlus, (30/10) - PT Kunci Daud Indonesia selaku pemegang saham pengendali PT. Perintis Triniti Properti Tbk (TRIN) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 30 Oktober 2026.
Manajemen TRIN dalam keterangan tertulisnya (30/10) menyampaikan bahwa Kunci Daud telah menjual sebanyak 35.940.700 lembar saham di harga Rp240 per saham
"Tujuan pembelian saham adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca pembelian, maka kepemilikan saham Kunci Daud di TRIN menjadi 1,57 miliar lembar saham (34,56%) dibandingkan sebelumnya 1,60 miliar lembar saham (35,35%). (end)
