IQPlus, (27/10) - PT Trikomsel Oke Tbk. (TRIO) menyampaikan bahwa Matthew Paul Richards selaku Direktur mengundurkan diri.

Mely Corporate Secretary TRIO dalam keterangan tertulisnya (26/10) menuturkan bahwa pada tanggal 22 Oktober 2026, TRIO telah menerima surat pengunduran diri Matthew Paul Richards dari jabatannya sebagai Direktur serta tidak berdampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional atau kondisi keuangan TRIO.

Sebagai informasi, Matthew Paul Richards ditetapkan kembali sebagai Direktur dalam Rapat Umum Para Pemegang Saham Tahunan yang digelar pada tanggal 19 Mei 2026. (end)
