IQPlus, (8/10) - R Hesthi Sambodo selaku Direktur utama PT Transkon Jaya Tbk. (TRJA) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 28 September 2026.
Manajemen TRJA dalam keterangan tertulisnya Kamis (9/10) menyampaikan bahwa Hesthi Sambodo telah membeli sebanyak 18.100 lembar saham TRJA di harga Rp117 per saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi adalah untuk beli saham dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Hesthi di TRJA menjadi 471.900 lembar saham (0.03%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 453.800 lembar saham. (end)
