IQPlus, (5/8) - Winny Yunitawati Hardono selaku Direktur PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk. (TSPC) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 11 Juni hingga 28 Juli 2026.
Manajemen TSPC dalam keterangan tertulisnya Rabu (5/8) menyampaikan bahwa Winny telah membeli saham TSPC sebanyak 99.900 lembar di harga Rp2.370-Rp2.700 per saham
"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Winny di TSPC menjadi 234.600 lembar saham (0,01%) dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 134.700 lembar saham. (end)
