IQPlus, (11/8) - PT Pakuan Tbk. (UANG) menyampaikan bahwa Aditya Wisnu Wardhani selaku Wakil Presiden Direktur Perseroan mengundurkan diri.
Asa Nisi Siahaan Corporate Secretary UANG dalam keterangan tertulisnya (10/8) menuturkan bahwa UANG telah menerima surat pengunduran diri Aditya Wisnu pada tanggal 8 Agustus 2026. Selanjutnya Keputusan dan penetapan atas pengunduran diri tersebut akan dilakukan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Perseroan Luar Biasa, sesuai dengan regulasi OJK dalam POJK 33/POJK.04/2014.
Sebagai informasi, Aditya Wisnu diangkat sebagai Wakil Presiden Direktur (Wakil Direktur Utama) PT Pakuan Tbk berdasarkan keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) yang digelar pada 27 Agustus 2021. (end)
