IQPlus, (7/8) - Pudji Harianto selaku Komisaris Utama PT Damai Sejahtera Abadi Tbk (UFOE) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 6 Agustus 2026.
Manajemen UFOE dalam keterangan tertulisnya Jumat (7/8) menyampaikan bahwa Pudji telah menjual saham UFOE sebanyak 313.100 lembar saham diharga Rp139 per saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk Free format dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Pudji Harianto menjadi 209,03 juta lembar saham atau setara dengan 7,21% dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 209,35 juta lembar saham (7,22%). (end)
