IQPlus, (23/9) - Vanda Gunawan selaku pemegang saham PT Mega Perintis Tbk (ZONE) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 11 September 2026.
Manajemen ZONE dalam keterangan tertulisnya Selasa (22/9) menyampaikan bahwa Vanda telah membeli saham ZONE sebanyak 1.400.000 lembar saham diharga Rp670 per saham
"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk pembelian dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi ini, maka total kepemilikan saham Vanda di ZONE menjadi 107,6 juta lembar saham (12,37%) dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 106,2 juta lembar saham (12,21%). (end)
