IQPlus, (13/8) - Verah Wahyudi S. Wong selaku pemegang saham PT Trimitra Prawara Goldland Tbk. (ATAP) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 12 Agustus 2026.
Manajemen ATAP dalam keterangan tertulisnya Kamis (13/8) menyampaikan bahwa Verah telah menjual saham ATAP sebanyak 430.200 lmbar saham di harga Rp638 per saham
"Tujuan transaksi adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi ini, maka total kepemilikan saham Verah Wahyudi S. Wong di ATAP menjadi 61,7 juta lembar saham (4,94%) dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 62,13 juta lembar saham (4,97%). (end)
