IQPlus, (13/8) - Verah Wahyudi S. Wong selaku pemegang saham PT Lancartama Sejati Tbk. (TAMA) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 12 Agustus 2026.
Manajemen TAMA dalam keterangan tertulisnya Rabu (12/8) menyampaikan bahwa Verah telah menjual saham TAMA sebanyak 6.639.100 lembar saham di harga Rp261 per saham.
"Tujuan transaksi adalah untuk Divestasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi ini, maka total kepemilikan saham Verah Wahyudi S. Wong di TAMA menjadi 109,5 juta lembar saham (9,13%) dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 116,17 juta lembar saham (9,98%). (end)
