IQPlus, (12/10) - Hendy Rusli selaku Direktur utama PT Wira Global Solusi Tbk. (WGSH) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 9 Oktober 2026.
Manajemen WGSH dalam keterangan tertulisnya (9/10) menyampaikan bahwa Hendy telah menjual sebanyak 510 lembar saham WGSH di harga Rp113 per saham.
"Tujuan transaksi ini untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham secara langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca penjualan maka kepemilikan saham Hendy di WGSH berkurang menjadi 9.990 lembar saham setara dengan 0,05% dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 10.500 lembar saham. (end)
