IQPlus, (30/7) - Winato Kartono selaku Komisaris PT Merdeka Gold Resources Tbk. (EMAS) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 27 Juli 2025.
Manajemen EMAS dalam keterangan tertulisnya Rabu (29/7) menuturkan bahwa Winato telah menjual sebanyak 17.249.300 lembar saham EMAS di harga Rp6.088 per saham.
"Tujuan transaksi adalah untuk Divestasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca penjualan, maka kepemilikan saham Winato Kartono di EMAS berkurang menjadi 531,5 juta lembar saham (3,6081%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 548,7 juta lembar saham (3,7252%). (end)
