IQPlus, (31/7) - Janto Lili selaku Direktur PT Wintermar Offshore Marine Tbk. (WINS) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 30 Juli 2026.
Manajemen WINS dalam keterangan tertulisnya (31/7) menyampaikan bahwa Janto telah membeli saham WINS sebanyak 398.400 lembar saham diharga Rp505-Rp520 per saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi ini, maka kepemilikan saham Janto lili di WINS kini menjadi 5,61 juta lembar saham (0,124%) dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 5,21 juta lembar saham (0,12%). (end)
