IQPlus, (27/10) - Victor Budi Tanuadji selaku Komisaris PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk. (ATIC) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 19 Oktober 2026.
Manajemen ATIC dalam keterangan tertulisnya (27/10) menyampaikan bahwa Victor telah membeli saham ATIC sebanyak 30.300 lembar saham ATIC di harga Rp368 per saham
"Tujuan transaksi ini adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Victor di ATIC menjadi 241.900 lembar saham (0,008%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 211.600 lembar saham (0,007%). (end)
