IQPlus, (11/8) - PT. Avia Nusantara Khatulistiwa selaku pemegang saham PT Jaya Trishindo Tbk. (HELI) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 29 Juni hingga 6 Agustus 2026.
Manajemen HELI dalam keterangan tertulisnya Senin (10/8) menyampaikan bahwa Avia Nusantara telah membeli sebanyak 5.732.500 lembar saham di harga Rp176-Rp206 per saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham AVia Nusantara di HELI menjadi 70,1 juta lembar saham (8,43%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 64,4 juta lembar saham (7,74%). (end)
