IQPlus, (24/7) - PT. STARTEL COMMUNICATION selaku pemegang saham pengendali PT Jaya Trishindo Tbk. (HELI) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 23 Juli 2026.
Manajemen HELI dalam keterangan tertulisnya Jumat (24/7) menyampaikan bahwa Startel telah membeli sebanyak 40.000.000 lembar saham di harga Rp172 per saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Startel di HELI menjadi 291,9 juta lembar saham (35,05%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 251,9 juta lembar saham (30,25%). (end)
