IQPlus, (18/8) - Benny Anwar selaku Direktur PT Jaya Swarasa Agung Tbk. (TAYS) mengundurkan diri.
Hal tersebut diungkapkan oleh Dinna Afriyanti Corporate Secretary TAYS dalam keterangan tertulis Senin (18/8) menuturkan bahwa TAYS telah menerima surat pengunduran Benny Anwar pada tanggal 11 Agustus 2026 dengan suratnya tanggal 31 Juli 2026 dikarenakan ada urusan pribadi.
Pengunduran diri ini akan efektif sejak diputuskan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Perseroan yang waktunya akan disampaikan lebih lanjut.
Sebagai informasi, Benny Anwar diangkat sebagai Direktur Perseroan dalam Rapat Umum Para Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa yang digelar pada tanggal 1 April 2026. (end)
