IQPlus, (24/7) - Anwar Tay selaku Komisaris PT Jaya Swarasa Agung Tbk. (TAYS) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 5 Juni hingga 26 Juni 2026.
Manajemen TAYS dalam keterangan tertulisnya Kamis (23/7) menyampaikan bahwa Anwar telah menjual saham TOTL sebanyak 142.857.100 lembar saham di harga Rp35 per saham.
"Transaksi ini dilakukan untuk Trading dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Anwar di TAYS menjadi 205,5 juta lembar saham (18,70%) dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 348,3 juta lembar saham (31,70%). (end)
