IQPlus, (22/7) - PT Chandra Investama selaku pemegang saham PT Blue Bird Tbk (BIRD) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 17 dan 21 Juli 2026.
Manajemen BIRD dalam keterangan tertulisnya Selasa (21/7) menyampaikan bahwa Chandra Investama telah membeli sebanyak 78.400.000 lembar saham di harga Rp1.500 per saham.
"Tujuan transaksi ini adalah untuk investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung."tuturnya.
Pasca pembelian, maka kepemilikan saham Chandra Investama di BIRD bertambah menjadi 117,8 juta lembar saham (4,71%) dibandingkan sebelumnya 39,4 juta lembar saham (1,5767%) . (end)
