IQPlus, (22/7) - Purnomo Investama selaku pemegang saham PT Blue Bird Tbk (BIRD) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 17 dan 21 Juli 2026.
Manajemen BIRD dalam keterangan tertulisnya Selasa (21/7) menyampaikan bahwa Purnomo Investama telah membeli sebanyak 3.720.000 lembar saham BIRD di harga Rp1.500 per saham.
"Tujuan transaksi ini adalah untuk investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung."tuturnya.
Pasca pembelian, maka kepemilikan saham Purnomo Investama di BIRD bertambah menjadi 50,12 juta lembar saham (2,0032%) dibandingkan sebelumnya 46,4 juta lembar saham (1,8545%). (end)
