LOW TUCK KWONG KURANGI KEPEMILIKAN SAHAM BYAN

IQPlus, (16/10) - Direktur utama PT Bayan Resources Tbk (BYAN), Low Tuck Kwong mengurangi porsi kepemiikan sahamnya pada tanggal 15 Oktober 2026.

Berdasarkan laporan resmi keterbukaan informasi (15/10) Low Tuck Kwong melakukan menjual sebanyak 650.000.032 lembar saham di harga Rp2.588 per saham dengan tujuan Divestasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung.

Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Low Tuck Kwong tercatat sebanyak 2.766.667.800 lembar saham setara dengan 8,30% dari sebelumnya sebanyak 3.416.667.832,00 lembar saham setara dengan 10,25%. (end)
