IQPlus, (21/7) - Charles Rigoux selaku Komisarirs PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk. (LPCK) mengundurkan diri
Kevin Girsang Corporate Secretary LPCK dalam keterangan tertulisnya Senin (20/7) menuturkan bahwa LPCK telah menerima surat permohonan pengunduran diri Charles Rigoux pada tanggal 17 Juli 2026.
Selanjutnya LPCK akan menggelar Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham terkait dengan pengunduran diri ini sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku dan tidak berdampak material terhadap Perseroan.
Sebagai informasi, Charles Rigoux diangkat kembali sebagai Komisaris LPCK dalam Rapat Umum Para Pemegang Saham Tahunan yang digelar pada tanggal 08 Mei 2026. (end)
