IQPlus, (29/7) - PT Lippo CIkarang Tbk (LPCK) mencatat laba periode berjalan yang diatribusikan ke pemilik entitas induk Rp228,35 miliar hingga 30 Juni 2026 naik dari Rp208,20 miliar di periode sama tahun sebelumnya.
Laporan keuangan perseroan Rabu menyebutkan, pendapatan neto turun menjadi Rp1,59 triliun dari Rp2,18 triliun dan beban pokok pendapatan turun menjadi Rp1,11 triliun dari Rp1,76 triliun.
Hal ini membuat laba bruto naik menjadi Rp476,09 miliar dari laba bruto Rp427,20 miliar. Laba usaha diraih Rp245,91 miliar naik dari Rp211,20 miliar sementara laba sebelum pajak mencapai Rp245,77 miliar naik dari Rp225,30 miliar.
Jumlah liabilitas turun menjadi Rp3,95 triliun hingga 30 Juni 2026 dari Rp4,50 triliun hingga 31 Desember 2025. Jumlah aset mencapai Rp10,77 triliun hingga 30 Juni 2026 turun dari Rp11,17 triliun hingga 31 Desember 2025. (end)
