IQPlus, (23/7) - Patrick Rudolf Dannacher selaku Direktur Utama PT ITSEC Asia Tbk. (CYBR) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 15 Juli hingga 21 Juli 2026.
Manajemen CYBR dalam keterangan tertulisnya Rabu (22/7) menyampaikan bahwa Patrick Rudolf telah membeli saham CYBR sebanyak 9.363.700 lembar saham CYBR diharga Rp570-Rp600 per saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi ini, maka total kepemilikan saham Patrick Rudolf Dannacher di CYBR bertambah menjadi 61,1 juta lembar saham (0,452%) dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 51,7 juta lembar saham (0,383%). (end)
