IQPlus, (28/10) - PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk. (ERAA) menyampaikan pelaksanaan MESOP Tahap 2 Perseroan yang digelar pada tanggal 1 Oktober 2026 hingga 14 Oktober 2026
Amelia Allen Kepala Bidang Hukum & Sekretaris Perusahaan ERAA dalam keterangan tertulisnya Rabu (28/10) menuturkan bahwa ERAA telah menuntaskan Tahap 2 Program MESOP sebanyak 25.788.522 lembar saham dan Tahap 1 MESOP Perseroan telah dilaksanakan sejak 1 Oktober 2025 hingga 7 November 2025 sehingga total menjadi 51.540.500 lembar saham
Sebagai informasi, Program MESOP ini telah disetujui melalui Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa Perseroan yang digelar pada tanggal 10 Juni 2025. (end)
