IQPlus, (4/8) - Irsyad Sahroni selaku Direktur PT Indosat Tbk. (ISAT) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 30 Juli 2026.
Manajemen ISAT dalam keterangan tertulisnya (3/8) menyampaikan bahwa Irsyad telah membeli sebanyak 1.000.000 lembar saham ISAT di harga Rp1.900-Rp1.960 per saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi adalah untuk Investasi jangka panjang dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Irsyad Sahroni di ISAT bertambah menjadi 2,54 juta lembar saham setara dengan 0,0079% dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 1,54 juta lembar saham setara dengan 0,0048%. (end)
