IQPlus, (4/8) - Vikram Sinha selaku Direktur utama PT Indosat Tbk. (ISAT) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 30 Juli 2026.
Manajemen ISAT dalam keterangan tertulisnya (3/8) menyampaikan bahwa Vikram telah membeli sebanyak 3.086.200 lembar saham ISAT di harga Rp1.910-Rp1.950 per saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Vikram di ISAT bertambah menjadi 14,2 juta lembar saham setara dengan 0,0442% dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 11,17 juta lembar saham setara dengan 0,0346%. (end)
