IQPlus, (27/7) - Jemmy Kurniawan selaku Komisaris utama dan pengendali PT Hetzer Medical Indonesia Tbk. (MEDS) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 23 Juli 2026.
Manajemen MEDS dalam keterangan tertulisnya (25/7) menyampaikan bahwa Jemmy telah menjual sebanyak 2.683.600 lembar saham di harga Rp80-Rp81 per saham
"Transaksi ini dilakukan dengan tujuan pengurangan jumlah saham,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Jemmy di MEDS kini sebanyak 886,8 juta lembar saham (56,76%) dari sebelumnya sebanyak 889,5 juta lembar saham (56,93%). (end)
