IQPlus, (23/7) - Nessy Sarinda selaku pemegang saham PT Megalestari Epack Sentosaraya Tbk. (EPAC) telah melepas kepemilikannya pada tanggal 23 Juli 2026.
Manajemen EPAC dalam keterangan tertulisnya Kamis (23/7) menyampaikan bahwa Nessy telah menjual sebanyak 250.619.400 lembar sahamdi harga Rp12 per saham senilai Rp3,007 miliar
"Tujuan transaksi ini adalah Bagian dari strategi portofolio investasi dengan kepemilikan saham tidak langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Nessy Sarinda di EPAC menjadi 0 lembar saham dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 250.619.400 lembar saham (7,5867%). (end)
