IQPlus, (23/7) - PT Triple Berkah Bersama selaku pemegang saham PT Megalestari Epack Sentosaraya Tbk. (EPAC) telah menambah porsi kepemilikannya pada tanggal 23 Juli 2026.
Manajemen EPAC dalam keterangan tertulisnya Kamis (23/7) menyampaikan bahwa Triple Berkah Bersama telah membeli sebanyak 250.619.400 lembar saham dan sebanyak 349.384.900 lembar saham di harga Rp12 per saham.
"Tujuan transaksi ini adalah Bagian dari strategi portofolio investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham PT Triple Berkah Bersama di EPAC menjadi 1,28 miliar lembar saham (38,8409%) dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 683,06 juta lembar saham (20,6777%). (end)
