IQPlus, (21/8) - Nicholas Santoso selaku Direktur PT Charnic Capital Tbk. (NICK) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 18 Agustus 2026.
Manajemen NICK dalam keterangan tertulisnya Selasa (18/8) menyampaikan bahwa Nicholas telah membeli saham NICK sebanyak 500 lembar saham di harga Rp1.460-Rp1.470 per saham.
"Tujuan transaksi ini adalah untuk investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Nicholas Santoso di NICK menjadi 167.000 lembar saham (0,03%) dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya 166.500 lembar saham. (end)
