IQPlus, (9/10) - Noel Aelyo Laras Kusuma Negara selaku Komisaris PT Dharma Polimetal Tbk. (DRMA) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 2 Oktober dan 5 Oktober 2026.
Manajemen DRMA dalam keterangan tertulisnya (9/10) menyampaikan bahwa Noel telah menjual sebanyak 143.300 lembar saham di harga Rp930-Rp940 per saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi adalah untuk Divestment dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Noel Aelyo di DRMA menjadi 84,38 juta lembar saham (1,79%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 84,52 juta lembar saham (1,80%). (end)
