IQPlus, (14/10) - Noel Aelyo Laras Kusuma Negara selaku Komisaris PT Dharma Polimetal Tbk. (DRMA) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 8-9 Oktober dan 12 Oktober 2026.
Manajemen DRMA dalam keterangan tertulisnya (14/10) menyampaikan bahwa Noel telah menjual sebanyak 231.700 lembar saham di harga Rp930-Rp930-Rp965 per saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi adalah untuk Divestment dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Noel Aelyo di DRMA menjadi 84,15 juta lembar saham (1,79%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 84,38 juta lembar saham. (end)
