IQPlus, (6/10) - Irsyad Hanif selaku Direktur utama PT Paperocks Indonesia Tbk. (PPRI) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 5 Oktober 2026.
Manajemen PPRI dalam keterangan tertulisnya Selasa (6/10) menuturkan bahwa Irsyad telah menjual sebanyak 15.000.000 lembar saham di harga Rp185 per saham
"Tujuan dari transaksi adalah untuk Divestasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Irsyad Hanif di PPRI menjadi 135,5 juta lembar saham setara dengan 12,61% dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 150,5 juta lembar saham setara dengan 14,019%. (end)
