IQPlus, (21/10) - PT IMC Pelita Logistik Tbk (PSSI) telah melakukan pengalihan/penjualan saham hasil pembelian kembali (treasury) untuk periode 15 Oktober 2026 melalui pasar negoisasi.
Basuki Setiogroho Direktur PSSI dalam keterangan tertulisnya (19/10) menuturkan bahwa pada periode tersebut PSSI telah mengalihkan sebanyak 40.000.000 lembar saham treasuri di harga Rp368 per saham senilai Rp14,7 miliar.
Dalam penuturannya Basuki menambahkan Transaksi ini dilakukan melalui PT Danatama Makmur Sekuritas yang ditunjuk untuk melakukan penjualan saham dan dibeli oleh PT Nusa Damai dan dengan demikian sisa Saham yang Wajib Dialihkan Kembali kini menjadi 76.600.700 lembar saham. (end)
