IQPlus, (10/8) - Sony Rachmadi Purnomo sebagai Direktur Utama dan pengendali PT Global Sukses Solusi Tbk. (RUNS) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 5 Agustus 2026.
Manajemen RUNS dalam keterangan tertulisnya Jumat (7/8) bahwa Sony telah menjual sebanyak 11.500.000 lembar saham RUNS di harga Rp62 per saham.
"Tujuan transaksi adalah untuk lain-lain dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca penjualan, maka kepemilikan saham Sony di RUNS menjadi 269,1 juta lembar saham (27,36%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 280,6 juta lembar saham (28,53%). (end)
