IQPlus, (3/11) - Salah satu anggota komisaris PT Krakatau Steel Tbk (KRAS) yakni Adityo Haryo Bimo pada 1 November 2026 telah mengajukan surat pengunduran diri.
Menurut keterangan tertulis yang ditandatangani Sekretaris Perusahaan Rariya Budi Harta Selasa, pengunduran diri ini tidak berdampak material terhadap kegiatan operasiona perusahaan.
Seperti diketahui, Adityo Haryo Bimo Menjabat Komisaris sejak 25 Juni 2025, sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Director of Sales PT Bali Mukti. (end)
