IQPlus, (29/7) - PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) emiten Property dan Real Estate melakukan penambahan penyertaan modal kepada perusahaan terkendalinya yaitu PT Serpong Cipta Kreasi (SCK).
Lydia Tjio Corporate Secretary SMRA dalam keterangan tertulisnya Selasa (28/) menuturkan bahwa SMRA meningkatkan modal sebesar Rp81,3 miliar ke SCK.
Dalam penuturannya Lydia menambahkan penambahan modal ini dilakukan pada tanggal 24 Juli 2026 serta tidak berdampak terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha SMRA. (end)
