IQPlus, (31/7) - PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) emiten Property dan Real Estate melakukan penambahan penyertaan modal kepada perusahaan terkendalinya yaitu PT Summarecon Property Development (SPD) pada tanggal 28 Juli 2026.
Lydia Tjio Corporate Secretary SMRA dalam keterangan tertulisnya Kamis (30/7) menuturkan bahwa SMRA meningkatkan modal sebesar Rp382,6 miliar ke SPD sementara itu PT Summarecon lnvestment Property telah mengurangi penyertaan modal pada PT Summarecon Bali lndah (SBI) sebesar Rp160 miliar pada tanggal 29 Juli 2026.
Dalam penuturannya Lydia menambahkan penambahan modal dan pengurangan modal ini tidak berdampak terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha SMRA. (end)
