IQPlus, (12/8) - Verah Wahyudi S. Wong selaku pemegang saham PT Lancartama Sejati Tbk. (TAMA) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 10 Agustus 2026.
Manajemen TAMA dalam keterangan tertulisnya Selasa (11/8) menyampaikan bahwa Verah telah menjual saham TAMA sebanyak 200.000 lembar saham di harga Rp251 per saham.
"Tujuan transaksi adalah untuk Divestasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi ini, maka total kepemilikan saham Verah Wahyudi S. Wong di TAMA menjadi 116,17 juta lembar saham (9,68%) dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 116,37 juta lembar saham setara dengan 9,69%. (end)
