IQPlus, (5/10) - Noel Aelyo Laras Kusuma Negara selaku Komisaris PT Dharma Polimetal Tbk. (DRMA) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 30 September 2026.
Manajemen DRMA dalam keterangan tertulisnya (5/10) menyampaikan bahwa Noel telah membeli sebanyak 5.000.000 lembar saham di harga Rp800 per saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi adalah untuk Investment dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Noel Aelyo di DRMA menjadi 84,5 juta lembar saham setara dengan 1,80% dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 79,5 juta lembar saham (1,69%). (end)
