IQPlus, (14/10) - Henry Liem selaku Komisaris PT Argha Karya Prima Ind. Tbk (AKPI) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 13 Oktober 2026.
Manajemen AKPI dalam keterangan tertulisnya (13/10) menyampaikan bahwa Henry Liem telah menjual saham AKPI sebanyak 200.000 lembar saham di harga Rp510 per saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk jual saham dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Henry Liem di AKPI menjadi 5.800.859 lembar saham (0,9475%) dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 6.000.859 lembar saham (0,9801%). (end)
