IQPlus, (11/8) - PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT) telah menyiapkan dana sebesar Rp255 miliar untuk melunasi pokok obligasi dan sukuk yang akan jatuh tempo pada 2 September 2026.
Menurut keterangan perseroan Selasa,dana tersebut terdiri atas Rp201 miliar untuk pelunasan pokok Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Indosat Tahap IV Tahun 2016 Seri E dan Rp54 miliar untuk pelunasan pokok Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I Indosat Tahap IV Tahun 2016 Seri D.
Indosat menyampaikan kesiapan dana tersebut melalui surat kepada PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tertanggal 10 Agustus 2026. Penyampaian informasi dilakukan mengacu pada Peraturan BEI No. I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi. (end)
